Saw these flowers walking to Autry Farmers Market in Griffith Park. What do they look like? Park Rangers call them Fried-Egg Flowers. Los Angeles


Didn't expect to see Gingko leaves in Los Angeles but we did! In Little Tokyo area.

Many Japanese Maple Tree Winged-Seeds had fallen on the concrete footpath. It is a nice contrast against the grey concrete.

Everything is starting to wake up from winter. These wilted pine cone ends are still attached to the branch, making them a unique decoration. Yellowstone National Park.

I like the flower more when it is still a bud rather than when it is in full bloom. Found this bud in the garden at Anne of Green Gables House, Prince Edward Island.

I was quite excited when I saw this pink poppy because I had never seen one before. It was really windy so the flower was being blown sideways. Lunenberg, Nova Scotia.
